Guild Philosophy |  |
 As mentioned previously, the Bounty Hunters Guild is not criminal. We have a strict philosophy of fighting for the rights of individuals and using our influence to ensure that sentient beings are not treated unfairly by tyrants and dictators. The official belief of the Bounty Hunters Guild is to create a haven of peace and unity, one where eternal brotherhood surpassed all other bonds. It is belief that if the Guild is a brotherhood and united in this way, we can fight the struggles against tyrants as one great force - 'One Vision, One Purpose.' The Guild has been in existence since the beginning, using many legitimate fronts for its work. As long as sentient beings struggle to sleep at night, or survive at the hands of people who wish to be lords over others - the Guild shall aid in their struggle. Those who believe because they have riches or powers they can use them to suppress others to their will are the greatest threat to our galaxy and its way of life. They must be stopped. The Guild met its beginning on the backs of those who were downtrodden with the same realities that many, many sentients face today. We sought a better way and built up a massive refuge in the Xappyh Sector. Today, we harbor over twenty billion people who seek safety from the tyrannical juggernauts who oppress their people into slavery and backbreaking labor. Today, on behalf of those tens of billions of voices, I am proud to declare ourselves a sovereign government. They sought our help and now we have carried them on the path to freedom. With their help, they have given us the ability to come into the open and challenge our antagonists face to face. Fellow Beings of the Galaxy - We are the Bounty Hunters Guild. We were born as Children of Chaos, in a galaxy where the rich reigned supreme and the poor were slaves of their own devices. Now, the Guild is a Brotherhood. And of this Brotherhood, the people willing to fight for the cause, we know the truth. Our struggle is not for any one man or being, but for the rights of every individual to be free from oppression and tyranny. |
