Neelgaimon, Xappyh (ISNBC) - *Your regular programming is interrupted by a news feed, centered onto a bustling hub of activity which is a large, brightly lit chamber glistening in the Cirbodyn sunlight. A few thousand delegates from various planets fill the floor, the chatter very loud. At the head of the chamber was a high-rise table with a podium at the center. A man stood at the podium now, banging his gavel and calling for order.*

FALNOR: "Order in the chamber, ORDER! Addressing the Hall of Delegates from Neelgaimon and her Colonies is a distinct duty of the Head of State, and our new Lord of War Arjuna Ketwol shall speak to us today after the incident on Kirdo II, where Starsign Mining invaded and threatened those who embraced their free existence. Without anything further, I give you Lord of War Ketwol.

*The familiar Duros gets up from the table and shakes Urthadar's hand, as Urthadar takes his seat. Arjuna turns to the audience and begins to speak, in Galactic Basic so the delegates can understand him.*

ARJUNA: "Nothing that I say to you can bring comfort. Nothing that anyone else can say can bring comfort. But there is a voice that speaks without words, and addresses us in the depths of our being. And that voice says to our troubled souls: peace, be still. The scripture promises that there is a peace that passes understanding.

I would be misleading you if I said I understand this. I don't. Why beings do evil, I do not understand. Why bad things happen to those that are good, I do not understand. Like every one of you, at such a time as this I go on my knees and ask why, "Why oh Lady, Why?"

I do know this: at such a time we need each other. To the families of all those who died here, I say:

You are not alone: the heart of Neelgaimon aches with yours. We hold your agony in the center of our prayers. Thee entire nation is a community of shock, of love, and of grief. May you feel the embrace of the hundreds of millions who weep with you.

Conflict, Conflict is the outcome of chaos. And weather we wish it or not, we are the children of chaos. We may wish to lay down weapons today in hopes of peace, but tomorrow we will be forced again to grasp them fighting a new aggressor.

The brave men and women who died here, defending our homes from the servant of pirates and slavers shall forever be honored in the histories of our people. But this is not enough! oh no, It shall never be enough to merely remember, we shall wear the memory of these brave souls upon our sleeves, we honor them as we honor all of our dead. Through willpower, determination, and showing the galaxy what it means to be Xapphian, We are Neelgaimon, WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF CHAOS! Let it be shown to the beings of the galaxy, through our swords, our axes, our blasters, our hammers, our shovels, our hydrospanners, and our pickaxes, through our words, actions, buildings, ships, emotions, and above all through our thoughts."

*To much applause, the Lord of War bows to the delegates and takes his seat. Falnor rises and takes the podium to speak, and close the ceremonial speech. Your screen cuts to black and returns to its regular programming.*
